Naomi Arnold Jewelry is carefully handcrafted by Naomi with much attention to detail. We want you to love your pieces. However, we know that sometimes it is necessary to exchange or return an item.

Please read our return policy and follow the simple directions below. We can accept returns of merchandise under the following conditions:

• Any item returned for refund or replacement must be done within 30 days of receipt.
• Any item returned must be in new and unused condition.
• Items received in new/unused condition will receive 100% of the purchase price of the item, minus any shipping and handling charges.
• If the returned item has been used, there will be a “restocking fee” equal to 15% of the selling price of the merchandise returned.
• Refunds do not include shipping and handling costs.
• Refunds can only be credited to the card used at the time of purchase.
• We cannot accept damaged merchandise under any circumstance unless the damage occurred during shipping.
• Sale items are non-returnable.

To better protect your privacy, all information collected from shoppers (i.e. Name, Shipping/Billing Address, Email Address, Phone Number) will only be used for order fulfillment, pertinent customer communication (if/when needed), or to occasionally to send email with special offers.
